What we check on-site
During the visit we look at slab hardness and any soft or dusty concrete, crack patterns (including movement from expansive soils), control joints, oil saturation at the parking spots, previous sealers or paint, and signs of moisture near the edges. We also note which way the door faces and how much sun hits the floor, because that decides whether a UV-stable topcoat is essential. It's usually a 20–40 minute visit.
Out of town, renting, or in an HOA?
A lot of our St. George-area customers aren't home full time. Snowbirds, second-home owners, and short-term-rental hosts can still get a floor done without flying in: a neighbor, lockbox, or property manager gives us access, we send photos and a written quote, and we schedule the install around your return or your booking calendar. We text updates during the job and a photo when it's finished.
If you live in an HOA community, let us know the contractor hours, noise rules, and where trailers can park. We plan around them so your neighbors barely notice we were there.
