Will my floor turn yellow in the sun?
Standard epoxy can amber in UV. We use UV-stable aliphatic topcoats such as polyaspartic wherever sunlight reaches the floor.
Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?

Is the floor slippery when wet?
Flake floors are textured, and we can add anti-slip aggregate for wet-tire areas and monsoon season. Rinsing abrasive dust also protects the wear coat.

How long does a typical garage install take?
Most residential garages take one to three days depending on grinding, repairs, and cure windows.
Do I need to empty the entire garage?
Yes. Vehicles and storage must be clear for edge grinding and a continuous coat. We give you move-out and return times.
Can you coat over old paint or failing epoxy?
Only if it's well bonded and can be profiled. Peeling coatings usually need full removal by grinding. We check adhesion on-site.
Can you fix cracks before coating?
